Do you have to use protein powder as a vegan?

My answer would be no! There are plenty of other vegan protein sources to choose from. If you are like me though and you want to get a good amount in at one time, then it does make for an obvious choice. I personally make a smoothie almost every morning. I use PlantFusion brand protein powder. The ingredients are clean and the flavors taste great! My favorite is the one specifically made for women.
